Description:
The aim of the training is to develop guidance skills and help the instructors to steer the learning process at workplaces. The content of the training is divided into three parts. The role of a workplace instructor is very important as they train the professionals of the future.Successful management of the role of a workplace instructor requires familiarisation with the practices of working.
