Description:
To expose participants to an integrated perspective on E&T, with a focus on VET excellence based on inclusion by the means of anticipatory, entrepreneurial and agile functional governance of the E&T ecosystem.
Performant governance drives better decision making, unlocks business growth, reduces risk and ensures organisations are fit for the future, avoiding financial losses, or corporate failure. The course is based on a new conceptual and instrumental approach of functional governance.
By integrating systems thinking, Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), social networks and multilevel governance (MLG) that put together the holacracy methods and the holarchy ecosystem organization, the training course help organizations take a holistic view of the governance approach that builds and fosters IVE.
The training is highly relevant for individuals and organizations, key VET stakeholders, to anticipate and prepare for future trends and disruptions in view of at least maintaining if not even enhancing the impact of their excellence VET provision, inclusion centrical. By utilizing tools and methodologies in future thinking, we enable participants to develop proactive strategies that align with long-term goals and uncertainties, that combines agility with entrepreneurial agency.
Through real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises, we train participants to approach challenges methodically and effectively, ensuring they can devise sustainable solutions leading to institutional development, long-lasting impact, through performant functional governance that is effective, efficient, participatory, collaborative and accountable for results.
The training course is offering self-assessment tools for the organizations sending participants with governance roles in the E&T governance, with focus on IVE. Based on the findings the training course will be tailored in view of empowering participants to practice governance and co-create sustainable solutions for IVE.
