Description:
The purpose of the course is to learn how to recognize the competence of a trainee working in a
supported non-formal coaching environment by comparing his/her competence demonstration with
the criteria for a vocational upper secondary qualification. The result will then be a certificate of
competence. Second purpose of this course is to progress from there towards to competence
assessment and finally to the official diploma of the demonstrated competence of a trainee.
Learning results:
Acquire knowledge about how getting a job required competence and documentation of competence
Acquire knowledge about how a competence certificate can be used as an aid when searching for a job
Analyze how different parts of a degree help candidates to apply for a job orshorten vocational study time in general.
