Through this course, one can become a company empathiser through innovative thinking methods.
After completion, one will:
1. Collaborate effectively with companies.
2. Design labour market-oriented study plans and teaching practices.
3. Provide enhanced guidance to students in their employment journey.
The method involves case-building, comparisons, precise note-taking, and physical activities for optimised cognitive processes and holistic understanding.
Program Overview:
Introduction to the Learning of Company Perspective and Launch of Self-learning.
Self-learning of company perspective with a new thinking method.
Group session with a facilitator for the purpose of sharing acquired knowledge and exploring the best models.
Learning results:
- Understand why company perspective is critical
- Experience how companies work in their vocational area from a business perspective
- Discuss the differences between various companies and how they relate to the participants’ vocational areas
- Understand core differences between public organizations and companies.
- Identify the differences in outlook and activities between employers and entrepreneurs
