Description:
This course is intended for VET representatives to support them to identify, recognise and understand what is inclusion and inclusive principles and structures in vocational education. This course provides VET stakeholders with increased understanding and methods to implement inclusion in practice.

Learning results:

  • Understand the meaning of the personalization and competence identity concepts
  • Recognise students’ strengths, capabilities and competences as the starting point of personalization and competence identity formation
  • Apply the principles of competence identity and personalization of VET studies within an inclusive framework to support each student
