Description:
This course is intended for professionals in the educational VET teacher /trainers, counsellor, career services. The aim is developing an innovative tutoring model to update school-teacher skills in particular to build a personalized educational plan, help student to understand their uniqueness and excellence, support the school -work transition; improve the education environmental and school-work transition.

- Collect and analyse data in order to project, plan, verify and re-project learners’ educational pathways.
- Personalize learners’ educational pathways in order to achieve learners’ personal educational goals.
- Schedule, plan, monitor and evaluate internship activities
